Thank you for shopping with Dremrz Studio Design. We take great pride in creating unique, high-quality garments that reflect creativity, craftsmanship, and individuality. Each piece from Dremrz Studio Design is carefully designed, produced, and inspected to meet our standards of excellence.
Because of the made-to-order, limited edition, and/or custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or returned for any reason. This includes but is not limited to issues of sizing, fit, color variation, or change of mind.
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our customer service team prior to ordering.
2. Product Quality and Variations
Each Dremrz Studio Design piece is individually crafted, and slight variations in fabric, stitching, print placement, or color tone may naturally occur. These minor differences do not constitute defects and will not be accepted as grounds for a return or exchange.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that such variations are part of the handmade and artistic process inherent to Dremrz Studio Design garments.
3. Damages or Defects
All items are thoroughly inspected and quality-checked before shipment. However, in the rare event that you receive an item that appears severely damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via [insert contact email].
Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. Dremrz Studio Design reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement or store credit may be issued.
Any claims submitted after this 48-hour period will not be eligible for review.

All sizing information provided on our website is approximate and for reference only. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred size. Variations in body type, personal preference, and fit expectations will not be considered valid reasons for return or exchange.

6. Custom and Limited Edition Items
Custom, personalized, or limited-edition garments are produced exclusively for the customer and cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
